The Ingredients We Use:
Almonds are the most alkaline and nutritionally-packed nut. They also provide the highest protein content of any nut and are rich in fiber, magnesium, potassium, vitamin E, and especially high in calcium. Almonds are high in mono-unsaturated fat, which helps to lower cholesterol, especially the bad cholesterol (LDL). Almonds contain a high degree of oleic acid, which is believed to be the ingredient in olive oil that protects against heart disease.
Agave Nectar is a natural low-calorie sweetener naturally extracted from the inner core of the Agave Plant (a cactus-like plant native to Mexico). The syrup has as a low glycaemic index meaning it will not significantly raise blood sugar levels and is therefore a more acceptable sweetener for people with diabetes and hypoglycaemia. As it is a natural, unprocessed sweetener, Agave retains the vitamins and minerals that are absent from highly processed sweeteners.
Cacao Beans All chocolate is made from the cacao (cocoa) bean, the seed of the Amazonian Cacao fruit, which in its natural, unprocessed, unadulterated state have a unique array of nutritional benefits.
Cacao has more antioxidant flavonoids than blueberries, red wine, and black and green teas. Cacao beans are also rich in a number of essential minerals, including magnesium (claimed to be the #1 source of magnesium of any food), sulphur, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, potassium and manganese.
Cacao is also a great source of serotonin, dopamine and phenylethylamine – three well-studied neurotransmitters, which help alleviate depression and are associated with general feelings of well being.
Whilst Cacao beans contain caffeine and theobromine, experiments have shown that these stimulants are far different when consumed raw than cooked. We are particular in selecting only unprocessed, certified organic, raw and peeled cacao beans for use in our creations.
Himalayan Crystal Salt
Himalayan Crystal Salt, mined by hand from a protected area of the Himalayan Mountains, is free of the pollutants found in sea salt and table salt. The salt contains 84 minerals of the possible 92 trace minerals, in the same proportion as naturally exists in our blood. It contains a highly crystalline structure, which allows nutrients to be absorbed at the cellular level, purifying the body physically and bio-energetically.
Consumption of the salt has been associated with neutralizing the acid/alkaline balance in the body, breaking down the build-up of heavy metals, stimulating blood circulation and the nervous system and re-mineralizing the body.

Approximately 50% of these MCFA’s are made up of lauric acid, a proven anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal agent, beneficial in attacking viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens. It is also the most important essential fatty acid in building and maintaining the body’s immune system.
